Why aren't there any families anymore you ask? Well for one thing, when something goes wrong, we have court systems like those in Texas, making certain, that SO much more can and WILL go wrong, that "playing nice" is simply out of the question. How so? you ask....Well...let's take this situation. The Tx. AG inacts a child support order based on a lie for income. Like mine. I was ill and unemployed, but my ex boyfriend told the judge ( I wasn't subpeoned to that hearing) that I make such and such and I am a bad parent. Forget that the kid doesn't even know who the bastard is. SO...presto bingo! Now HE has custody...the kid is towed away crying. AND now I have to pay child support. I wasn't even a Texas resident, mind you, just there on a temp job, but it flies coz the kid was born there so it doesn't look suspicious. Nobody checked nobody cares, just clank the gavel and let's break for lunch already, right?
Hmmm WELL that was in 2001. The judge told the dad, hey stop cutting off your cell phone or you'll be held in contempt....REALLLLY??? I haven't seen my daughter since she was FIVE YEARS OLD!!! She is now FIFTEEN> I had visitation and calls BUT the dad "just wasn't in the mood"....guess not, the drugs do that to a man. Hmph! You say, well there must be a mistake? NOPE> he had more cash right Mr. AG??? THEN I call the AG's office to ask for info on where my money is going and I am told they do not give out the info to the public.
I could go view it at the courthouse mind you. Now I am "the public" EXCUSE ME??? SHE CAME OUT OF MY UTERUS I am NOT the PUBLIC, asshole!!! Well I have been ill enough to qualify for disability but guess what? The rulebook said they could only take 1/4 of my money which isn't enough to live on, so I finally went for surgery, which cost me my job and home (again)....but Mr. AG wants to make DAMN SURE I can't meet his demands, right Mr. AG? I COULD go to work in Dubai or some other far off place and make enough to pay that bill off, BUT that is NOT the objective, because if it were, you'd let me have my passport, right Mr. AG??? Yea, I thought so. It is NOT the objective!!!
Hmm....so, Mr. AG, pull up your Jack-boots and straighten your "symbol of the sun"....because I know your objective is to destroy me. You don't want the poor child to HAVE a real mother DO YOU????
